Colon Cleanse D4

For occasional constipation, Colon Cleanse combines senna with cascara, aloe vera, licorice, psyllium and flaxseed. Senna acts in the large intestine to encourage a bowel movement.

The expected action is within 6–12 hours, so evening use can support relief the following morning. This is not intended as a daily, long-term cleanse. Continue to support regularity with fluids, dietary fibre and regular meals.
